You may order from other parts of the United States, but we may issue a prompt refund as our bottles are heavy items in large quantities and will not be shipped if we choose to issue a refund, period. Our shipping rates a very low and estimated on only short distance from our location in Paso Robles, CA or here around the Central Coast of California.
We already give some bottles away "so to speak" due to shipping weight so this further protects us from not making any profits on long distance shipments.
Some items on our website are listed as free shipping right now those items could be one bottle, two bottles, three bottles only.
If the shipping cost is more than 25% of the item being shipped, we may refuse to send that item. If and when we make efforts to contact the customer to handle some of the shipping costs the items must be shippable and we must be able to maintain a profit, or the items will simply be restocked, and the customer will be refunded the original sale price.
If we cannot contact the customer, the sale price or free shipping listed item will be refunded and the customer will not be able to reorder that item once refunded or WCF may keep funds of multiple reorders without a refund of any kind to the customer.
Any free shipping item or sale item may only be ordered once every 90 days. If we decide to honor a sale prior to those 90 days, we have the authority to do that we also have the right to refuse any sale at any time. Any free shipping or sale item that is not within California maybe refused regardless of any situation.
Delivery Disclosure & Policy:
WCF, Wine Country's Finest Delivery is listed in our shopping cart at checkout. This is only for around the Central Coast in the San Luis Obispo California Areas No Other States Period. We may refuse delivery at any time, refunds will be issued promptly in most cases but no later than 90 Days.
Free is upon WCF or Wine Country's Finest Marinades Decision of Service. This Service is Non-negotiable if refused to anyone local or non-local period.

We will only refund you on your return if the product is un-open and factory sealed, if the product has any issues due to manufacturer error or the product has a recall will gladly refund your order.
If your product was damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will not be able to refund you and will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier chosen at checkout.
